  1. How can I purchase a product?
    You can purchase our product through our distributor. Please go to Purchase page for detail.
  2. Do you provide over-the-counter sales?
    Currently we do not provide over-the-counter sales.
  3. What payment options are available?
    We accept Credit Card, Bank Transfers and Checks. Please contact our distributor for detail. Purchase page.
  4. Can I obtain a written quote?
    For information about getting a written quote, please contact our distributor.
  5. Do you provide an installation CD to set up TRICHORD?
    TRICHORD is available only via download over the internet and no installation CD is provided.

  License FAQ

  1. Can I use TRICHORD evaluation version for commercial projects?
    You may not use evaluation version for commercial purpose.
    The evaluation version can only be used for evaluation purpose and any other usage outside evaluation purpose is strictly prohibited.
  2. How do I obtain Evaluation License?
    1. Please sign up to TRICHORD Members Page.
    2. Login to TRICHORD Members Page.
    3. Click on [Evaluation License].
    4. Make sure that your license information is correct and agree the [END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT].
    5. An evaluation license key will be sent to you via e-mail.
    6. Save the evaluation license key file in a suitable folder.
    7. Run TRICHORD then specify the evaluation license key.
  3. What happens if I resign my membership?
    Once you have resigned your membership, your registration including your license information will be completely deleted and it cannot be restored.
    Please keep in mind that resigning your membership will be regarded as your disclaimer for the product support in the future and after you have resigned, you can keep using a product, however you are not able to receive the following services.
    * Technical Support for inquiry about the product(s)
    * Extension of product support period by your purchase of Support License
    * Reissue of license key
    * Advantage of product users such as promotions, discount sale, gift, and etc
    * Support for product users that we will offer in the future
  4. How can I see information of my license (License Type and support period)?
    Login to TRICHORD Members and click on [License Management] button.
    Your license information will be shown in a list.
  5. I lost the Validation Code. Where could I find it?
    You can find your Validation Code on the ComponentSource Website where you purchased your license. Go to ComponentSource Account Page then log on. Validation Code cannot be found in any e-mails you have received from us or in any License Key files.
    Although we are able to check and send the Validation Code to you as long as the license has been already registered on TRICHORD Website. If you want us to send you the Validation Code, please follow the steps.
    1. Login to TRICHORD Members Page.
    2. Select [License Management].
    3. Your license information will be listed up, please send following six information of your license to us.

      5. Validity Period
      6. Support Period

      * Validation Code cannot be found in any e-mails you have received from us or in License Key files.
      * Please contact distributor if you have not registered the license yet.
  6. I lost my license key file (.xml). How can I reissue it?
    You can reissue your license key file by following this procedure.
    1. Login to TRICHORD Members and click on [License Management] button.
    2. Click on [Register/Re-send Product Licenses] button.
    3. Enter both of your License No. and Validation Code then click on [Next].

    4. License information will be displayed. Please make sure that all contents are correct then press [Re-send].
  7. I haven't received the license key file after registering a license.
    The TRICHORD License key will be sent to your registered e-mail address as a XML file. If you have an e-mail filter that blocks any e-mails have XML files attached, you may not receive the TRICHORD License key.
    Please contact us if you haven't received the License Key file within an hour after registering or you would like to receive it without XML formats.

  TRICHORD User License

  1. How can I register a license?
    1. Login to TRICHORD Members Page then select [License Registration].
      (Please sign up if you are not a member yet.)
    2. Select "Download" then download and install TRICHORD.
    3. Enter your License Number and Validation Code then click on [Next].
    4. Your license information will be displayed on the screen. Please make sure the content is correct then click on [Agree and register].
    5. Registration is complete and a license key file will be sent to you via email.
  2. Can I transfer my license to someone else and how?
    The transfer of TRICHORD User license is only allowed if the license is possessed by the cooperation and the transferring of the license is done within the same cooperation

    To transfer a license, please contact us via email including following information.
    • License Information :
      License Number, Validation Code. (Lost your Validation code? please check here)
    • Information about current user and contact :
      User Name, Email address, Cooperation Name, Department, Postal Code, Address, Phone number
    • Information about new user and contact :
      User Name, Email address, Cooperation Name, Department, Postal Code, Address, Phone number
    • Purpose of transferring :
      Retirement of the current user, Employee movement, Project Concluded, Project transfer or others

  Support Service, Support License

  1. Can I continue using TRICHORD after my support period expires?
    Yes, you can continue using TRICHORD that has been released during your support period.
    Although it is recommended to renew your support period with Support Renewal License to update and use the latest version of TRICHORD after your support period expires.
  2. How can I extend my support period?
    By purchasing a Support Renewal License from our distributor. You will receive new License Number and Validation Code from where you purchase the License. Login to TRICHORD Members Page then register your new License Number and Validation Code.

  TRICHORD Timed License

  1. How does Timed License apply?
    There are three cases as below.
    Case 1 (Add new Timed License directly to current one)


    Case 2 (Add new Timed License as another license independently)


    Case 3 (Add new Timed License after former one has expired)


  2. How can I register a Timed License? (Adding a new Timed License)
    1. Please have a license number and Validation code of Timed License ready. (You can get them from distributor where you purchased Timed License.)
    2. Login to TRICHORD Members then click on [License Registration].
      (Please sign up if you are not a member yet.)
    3. Select "Download" then download and install TRICHORD.
    4. Enter your License Number and Validation Code then click on [Next].
    5. Select the start date of validity period.
    6. Your license information will be displayed on the screen. Please make sure the content is correct then click on [Agree and register].
    7. Registration is complete and a license key file will be sent to you via email.
  3. Can I extend my Timed License and how?
    Yes, you can get an extension for your Timed License by simply registering another Timed License.
    1. Please have a license number and Validation code of a new Timed License ready. (You can get them from distributor where you purchased Timed License.)
    2. Login to TRICHORD Members then click on [License Registration].
    3. Enter your License Number and Validation Code then click on [Next].
    4. Select the target license to extend and go to next step.
    5. License information will be displayed. Please make sure all content is correct then go to next step.
    6. A new license key file will be sent to you by e-mail and save it. Please discard your former license key as it is no longer valid.
    7. Run TRICHORD and go to [Tool] - [License] then specify your new license key file in [License Management] dialog.
  4. Can I transfer the holder of Timed License to someone else?
    There is no need to change the holder of Timed License because Timed License is a Machine Specific type of license which allows anyone to use TRICHORD on a single machine per license. If you want to change a machine to use TRICHORD on with Timed Machine license, please see next question for how.
  5. Does Timed License Key file transfer automatically when I change a machine to use TRICHORD on with Timed License?
    When you change a machine to use TRICHORD on, you need to uninstall TRICHORD completely from former machine before you install it on new machine. Timed License key file and project files will not be transferred automatically and you need to transfer them by yourself.
  6. In which cases should I purchase Timed License?
    Timed license is a Machine Specific License which can be used for limited period and will be a good option if..
    * our project term is short and you need to use TRICHORD during the project term only.
    * you want to use TRICHORD among several project team members on specific machines
    * you want to save the cost to use JUDE.
