Purchase

1. Please purchase a license on the website through our distributor.
2. A License Authentication Key (License Number, Validation Code) for the License Registration will be issued.
3. Login to TRICHORD Members Page and register the license.
4. The License Key will be automatically sent to you by e-mail.

5. Start up TRICHORD and select the "Select" button.
   Specify the License Key file by following the instructions that appear on the screen.
   Once it is registered completely, the software can then be used.

User License
The User License is a user-fixed license that includes an unlimited operation period and one-year of support. A single user can use the product on single machine. After the support period expires, it is possible to continue using the product was obtained during the support period. However, we recommend that you renew the support period to use the most up-to-date versions.

Timed License
A Timed License is a machine-fixed license that limits both the operation period and the support period (to 1 year, 6 months, or 3 months). It is not possible to renew the support period. Please purchase a new Timed License if you would like to extend the validity period.
Please be aware that TRICHORD cannot be used after the validity period expires.
It is not possible to extend the support period with a Support Renewal License. A new Timed License must be purchased.

Support Renewal License
Support Renewal License extends your User License's support period for one more year.

For Timed License, it is not possible to extend the support period with a Support Renewal License. A new Timed License must be purchased.
Support is provided free of charge for a fixed period. The duration of this period depends on the License purchased. The support period starts on the day of the License Registration and finishes at the end of the month in which the fixed period terminates.
If a membership registration is deleted from TRICHORD Members on our website, the member's rights as a TRICHORD user are also revoked and support will no longer be available to the user.
